Echeveria are desert plants that are known for their classic, rosette shape. Many have exotic flowers growing in bunches at the top of tall stems. This allows them to serve important environmental roles, such as being host plants for butterflies.
These slow growing plants require as much direct sunlight as possible which will encourage coloration on the tips of their leaves.
