Cleistocactus winteri is also known as Golden Rat Tail cactus. The "cristata" form of this well known cactus has a twisting and tangled stem that forms a unique crystal-like shape. It is a fairly quick grower and quickly becomes and impressive sculpture of green stems and golden spines.
