Get free delivery everywhere in Canada, except the Territories and Nunavut, with a minimum purchase of $95.
The shipping address you entered when confirming your order is the address we will ship to. If the wrong shipping address was entered or the apt. number forgotten, you will have to pay a second delivery fee. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can email us the correct address and no fee will be charged.
Return and Exchange
If you receive a damaged plant, you have 5 days to let us know. If we don't receive your e-mail within 5 days, we may be unable to assist you.
If you are not home and miss the delivery, you have two days to pick up your order at the nearest Canada Post location. If for some reason you were unable to do so within two days, we are not responsible for the condition of your plants.
Cancelling an Order
All orders are shipped on Mondays. If you change your mind and would like to cancel or edit your order, it is possible to email us before the following Monday. Contact us at: email@example.com
You placed an order and would like a refund? If your order has not been shipped, it is possible to do so. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot process any refunds. In the case that a plant has arrived damaged, please refer to our ''Shipping and Exchange'' policy.
Deposits for weddings or other events are non-refundable.
