We offer free shipping to most locations in Canada with a minimum purchase of $100. This offer cannot be extended to the Territories, Nunavut, Kuujjuaq and certain remote areas of Canada. We will contact you if we are unable to ship to your location.
During colder weather, we include a heat pack in every box. During extreme cold, we may hold your order for up to two weeks, until the weather warms.
The shipping address you entered when confirming your order is the address we will ship to. If the wrong shipping address was entered, an apartment number forgotten, we cannot be held responsible and therefore cannot refund the order. Even if your package is returned to us, we cannot refund your order as plants are perishable and they will not be useable if and once they make it back.
If you are not home and miss a delivery, you have two days to pick up your order at the designated courrier location. If for some reason you were unable to do so within two days, we are not responsible for the condition of your plants and therefore cannot refund the order.
Healthy Plant Guarantee
We care about your experience and will do everything we can to make sure you have a great one. If you receive a damaged or otherwise compromised plant, please advise us and send a photo within 3 days of receiving them. We offer a two-week healthy plant guarantee and if the condition of your plants within that time is not right, we will replace them, offer a credit or a refund.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or edit your order, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not been shipped, we can process your request. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel any orders. In the case that a plant has arrived damaged, please refer to our Healthy Plant Guarantee.
Deposits for weddings or other events are non-refundable.
