Get free delivery everywhere in Canada, except the Territories, Nunavut and Kuujjuaq, with a minimum purchase of $95.
The shipping address you entered when confirming your order is the address we will ship to. If the wrong shipping address was entered or the apt. number forgotten at the time of order, we cannot be held responsible. We can either refund your order minus the cost of shipping we already incurred plus 15% administrative fee or we can re-ship the order for which you will have to pay this second delivery fee.
Return and Exchange
If you receive a damaged plant, please advise us and send a photo within 2 days of receiving the plants.
If you are not home and miss a delivery, you have two days to pick up your order at the nearest courrier location. If for some reason you were unable to do so within two days, we are not responsible for the condition of your plants.
Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind and would like to cancel or edit your order, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order hasn't shipped, we can process your request.
You placed an order and would like a refund? If your order has not been shipped, it is possible to do so. You can email us at email@example.com
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot process any refunds. In the case that a plant has arrived damaged, please refer to our ''Return and Exchange'' policy.
Deposits for weddings or other events are non-refundable.
