Get free delivery everywhere in Canada, except the Territories, Nunavut and Kuujjuaq, with a minimum purchase of $95.
The shipping address you entered when confirming your order is the address we will ship to. If the wrong shipping address was entered or the apt. number forgotten at the time of order, we cannot be held responsible. We can re-ship the order for which you will have to pay this second delivery fee.
If you are not home and miss a delivery, you have two days to pick up your order at the nearest courrier location. If for some reason you were unable to do so within two days, we are not responsible for the condition of your plants.
Healthy Plant Guarantee
We care about your experience and will do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience purchasing from us. If you receive a damaged or otherwise compromised plant, please advise us and send a photo within 3 days of receiving the plants. We offer a two-week healthy plant guarantee and if you're not happy with the condition of your plants, we will replace it, offer a credit or refund.
Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind and would like to cancel or edit your order, you may email us at email@example.com. If your order hasn't shipped, we can process your request.
You placed an order and would like a refund? If your order has not been shipped, it is possible to do so. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot process any refunds. In the case that a plant has arrived damaged, please refer to our ''Return and Exchange'' policy.
Deposits for weddings or other events are non-refundable.
