Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is the most well known of the Aloe and is commonly used to treat minor burns and skin irritations. These succulents make great houseplants as they are quite forgiving and easy to care for. The aloe vera plant brings good luck and positive energy to your home. It is believed that the energy it releases can fight off bad vibes and bad fortune! ;-)

Aloe can endure many different light conditions and can survive very long periods without water. Make sure to allow the soil to dry completely, and give your aloe a heavy watering when the bottom leaves start to feel less plump.
