Return and Exchange
In the case of a plant damaged during delivery, you have 3 days to contact us with a photo of the plant. After three days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a credit, refund or replacement. If you miss the delivery, you have two days to pick up your order at the nearest Canada Post location. If for some reason you were unable to pick up your order in the next two days, we won't be responsible of the plant health.
Cancel an order
Every order are shipped on Mondays. If you change your mind and want to cancel or edit your order, it is possible to email us before the next Monday. Contact us at: email@example.com
You placed an order and want to be refund? It's is absolutely possible to proceed your request if this one have not been shipped. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the order have been shipped, we won't proceed a refund. If ever you receive your plant and it's damaged, please refer to ''Shipping and Exchange'' policy.
